Sereta has trained with Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons to perform earwax removal. She started her career in 2013, studying at Aston University in Hearing Aid Audiology, irrigation and microsuction. Sereta combines extensive clinical expertise with a caring, patient-centred approach and is experienced in the safe removal of earwax for both adults and children from two years and above. She is now a Regional Trainer for the NHS Rotherham Ear Care & Audiology Service, where she shares her knowledge and helps train healthcare professionals in ear care and audiology.

Scott Parker
Director and Ear Care Practitioner
Alongside his work as a Director, Scott has studied with Anglia Ruskin University to become a Hearing Care Assistant. He is trained in otoscopy so he can carry out ear examinations to check the health of your ear canal and eardrum. Scott has also now completed a course with the NHS Rotherham Ear Care & Audiology Service, so he is certified to carry out irrigation and microsuction.

MATTHEW BALL
Senior Audiologist & Clinician – FdSc BEng & BCom (Hons), RHAD, MSHAA, HCPC Reg
Matthew is a highly experienced clinician and has worked in hearing care since 2012; including NHS audiology, industry-leading manufacturers and private practice. He completed his studies in Hearing Aid Audiology at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. As well as performing expert earwax removal and comprehensive hearing assessments, Matthew also specialises in hearing aids and provides an independent service, where a full portfolio of the latest hearing technology is on offer.

CASSIE QUIGLEY
Clinical Ear Care Practitioner
Cassie began her career as a Registered General Nurse at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in 2005, where she worked across a range of NHS services. She became a Specialist Aural Care Sister in 2007, working alongside ENT consultants and NHS audiology teams. Cassie has experience treating children from two years and above, and combines years of specialist clinical knowledge with a calm and reassuring approach, ensuring every patient receives effective and personalised care. Cassie is highly experienced in identifying infections and underlying conditions that may contribute to blocked ears, hearing loss or discomfort.

JO GREEN
Clinical Ear Care Practitioner and Receptionist
Jo completed her training to become a Registered General Nurse in 1980 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital before moving into Primary Care, where she spent 23 years as a Practice Nurse. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for ear care and went on to complete her Primary Ear Care Diploma at the Rotherham Primary Ear Care and Audiology Centre (PECC).
Just two weeks after qualifying, Jo was invited to become PECC’s Regional Trainer for Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire—a role she proudly continues today, helping to train healthcare professionals in ear care.
