Thame is easily accessible from the M40. The A418 links Thame to Oxford and Aylesbury. From Haddenham & Thame Parkway station, it is a 10 minute taxi drive. Alternatively, the 280 bus takes 8 minutes to get to the Upper High Street in Thame. We are easy to find as we are on a main road opposite The Cross Keys pub at the mini roundabout.
Thame is full of free parking! The Upper High Street car park (which is a 2 minute walk to Oracle Ear Care) is free for 3 hours. However, this car park is not available on Tuesdays as it is market day, so we recommend the Cattle Market car park or Waitrose car park as an alternative.
You are welcome to arrive wearing your own mask, however we do provide masks on request. We also have hand sanitiser readily available.

There is no need to put any over-the-counter drops or olive oil in your ears before you come for your appointment because microsuction works more effectively when the earwax is drier. It is not a problem if you have already used drops or oil, as we have several different methods of removing earwax. If you have been prescribed any medication or treatment by your GP, you should continue to use this as instructed.
If we're not able to remove all of the earwax in the first session, we will include a free follow-up session.
Generally, microsuction is a very comfortable method of ear wax removal. However, if the ear is sore, inflamed or the ear wax is impacted there can be some discomfort. Your clinician will monitor this throughout the process.
£85. This is our fixed price whether we treat one ear or two. If we can't remove all of the earwax in the first session then we will include a free follow-up appointment.
We ask for payment after the first session but if you require a follow-up appointment this will be free-of-charge.

Yes, we have a level entry in the rear of the building, depending on the size of the wheelchair. Our narrowest door frame, which is 65cm wide, can accommodate the average width of a wheelchair.
