Sereta has trained with Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons to perform earwax removal. She completed her studies at Aston University in Hearing Aid Audiology, irrigation and microsuction. Sereta has over 10 years experience and she is now a regional trainer for the NHS Rotherham Ear Care & Audiology Service.

Scott Parker
Director and Ear Care Practitioner
Alongside his work as a Director, Scott has studied with Anglia Ruskin University to become a Hearing Care Assistant. He is trained in otoscopy so he can carry out ear examinations to check the health of your ear canal and eardrum. Scott has also now completed a course with the NHS Rotherham Ear Care & Audiology Service, so he is certified to carry out irrigation and microsuction.

MATTHEW BALL
Senior Audiologist & Clinician – RHAD, MSHAA, HCPC Reg
Matthew is a highly experienced clinician and has worked in hearing care for over 12 years, including NHS audiology and private practice. He completed his studies in Hearing Aid Audiology at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
As well as performing expert earwax removal and comprehensive hearing assessments, Matthew also specialises in hearing aids and provides an independent service where a full portfolio of the latest hearing technology is on offer.
